Terms of service

These terms apply to the Pinwise websites (pinwise.in and project sites on pinwise.in addresses), the Pinwise app and the Pinwise WhatsApp assistant. They are offered by AGM Consulting Services, 3/162, Methikundu, Nadukombai, Namakkal, Tamilnadu 637404 (“Pinwise”). Pinwise is a brand of AGM Consulting Services. By using them you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

1. What Pinwise is

Pinwise provides software and services to property developers: a 3D site of an approved plot layout, a WhatsApp assistant that answers buyers and books site visits, tools to manage leads, partner brokers and visits, and marketing content. Pinwise is not a real-estate agent or broker and is not a party to any sale. Prices, availability, approvals and terms of sale are the developer’s.

2. Information on project sites

Layouts, plot sizes and facts on project sites come from the developer’s approved plan and documents. Measurements read from drawings are approximate and marked “≈”. Always check the approved plan and documents with the developer before you pay. Nothing on our sites is a promise of returns or appreciation.

3. For developers

  1. Service. The 3D site, WhatsApp assistant, lead, partner and visit tools and content within your package. Commercial terms (package, fees, add-ons, coupons) are on your order and invoice.
  2. Your content and approvals. You confirm you own or may use the plans, photos and facts you give us, and that the layout is the approved one (DTCP or local body, and TNRERA where required). Content shows your approval numbers; nothing is published without your TNRERA number, a compliance check and your approval. You are responsible for approving content and prices.
  3. Honest marketing. We do not publish guaranteed or implied returns, amenities that are not in the approved plan, or unlabelled approximations, and you agree not to ask for them.
  4. Personal data. For buyers’ enquiries you decide how leads are followed up; Pinwise processes the data for you under the privacy policy and a data processing agreement. You will use leads only for purposes buyers agreed to and will honour stop and deletion requests.
  5. WhatsApp. On the shared Pinwise number, no promotional messages are sent to buyers. On your own number, you are responsible for complying with WhatsApp’s Business and Commerce policies and for Meta’s charges.
  6. Fees. Prepaid monthly: setup, the 3D site and the current month (prorated) at the start; each next month invoiced on the 15th and due by the last day. If a month is unpaid, the service pauses (buyers see a contact form and their enquiries are kept for you) and resumes when paid. All fees are non-refundable (see refunds and cancellation).
  7. Free 3D preview. Free and with no obligation, for approved layouts. The preview link is private and expires after 14 days. We use your plan only to make the preview and delete it within 30 days if you don’t go ahead.
  8. Partners. You decide which partner brokers join. Credit follows the first-touch rule across your projects; you may reassign credit with a reason, which the partner sees.
  9. Ending. You may cancel from the next renewal. When the service ends we give you an export of your leads and data, then delete it after 90 days, except what the law requires us to keep.

4. For partner brokers

  1. You give your real name, firm (if any), PAN and, if you have one, your TNRERA agent registration number. The developer decides whether to accept you. Once accepted, your code works for all of that developer’s projects.
  2. Buyers who first reach a developer’s project through your link or code are credited to you. Later contacts through other routes do not change the credit, except by the developer for a stated reason, which you are told.
  3. Pinwise records credit; it does not set or pay commissions. Any commission is between you and the developer.
  4. Share only the developer’s approved material. Do not promise returns, prices, amenities or approvals that are not in it, and follow the RERA Act and TNRERA rules for agents.
  5. Contact buyers credited to you only about that developer’s projects. Do not sell or share their data or message them after they say stop.
  6. The developer may remove you. Your link then stops crediting new buyers and you lose access to your leads’ conversations; credit for buyers you already brought is kept.

5. For buyers

When you message a project or fill a contact form, the developer, and the partner who shared the link with you, may contact you about that project and the developer’s other projects. Reply STOP at any time. See the privacy policy for your rights.

6. Refunds and cancellation

  1. No refunds. Fees paid to Pinwise (setup, 3D site, monthly fees and add-ons) are not refundable, in full or in part, including for a month that has started, unused limits, a downgrade, a cancellation, or a pause for non-payment or a breach of these terms.
  2. Payments made in error. If you are charged twice for the same invoice, or charged an amount that was not due, tell us at info@pinwise.in within 30 days. Once we confirm it, we return that amount to the original payment method within 7 working days. This is a correction of an error, not a refund of fees.
  3. Cancellation. You can cancel at any time; it takes effect from the next month not yet invoiced, and autopay stops then. The months you have paid for continue until they end.
  4. Buyers and partners. Pinwise does not take payments from buyers or partner brokers. Any booking amount or price for a plot is paid to the developer, and its refund terms are the developer’s.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse our websites or WhatsApp numbers: no spam, scraping, attempts to break security, false information or unlawful content. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or WhatsApp’s policies.

8. Liability

We provide the websites and services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, Pinwise is not liable for decisions to buy or sell property, for information supplied by developers, or for indirect losses, and our total liability to a developer is limited to the fees paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Namakkal, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law. Write to us first at info@pinwise.in; we try to resolve complaints within 30 days.

10. Changes

We post changes here with a new version and effective date. Developers are told of material changes before they apply.
