Privacy policy
Pinwise is a brand of AGM Consulting Services, 3/162, Methikundu, Nadukombai, Namakkal, Tamilnadu 637404 (“Pinwise”, “we”, “us”). Pinwise helps property developers and their partner brokers show approved plot layouts in 3D, answer buyers on WhatsApp, book site visits and publish marketing content. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.
Who decides what
- For buyers’ enquiries, the developer of the project you ask about decides how your enquiry is followed up. Pinwise processes your data for that developer and to run the service. Where we decide the purpose (for example security, fraud prevention or improving the service), Pinwise is responsible.
- For developers, their staff, partner brokers and distributors who use Pinwise, Pinwise is responsible for your account data.
What we collect

We do not collect Aadhaar numbers and we do not knowingly collect data of children. Please do not share another person’s details with us without their permission. Our websites do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Consent and your choices
- Buyers give consent when they message a project on WhatsApp after seeing our notice, or tick the box on a contact form. We record when and how, and which version of the notice you saw.
- When you enquire about a project, the developer may also tell you about its other projects. If you enquired before this was part of our notice, we ask you once before you hear about any other project.
- Reply STOP on WhatsApp at any time to stop messages; START turns them back on. On the shared Pinwise WhatsApp number we only reply to you and send messages you expect, such as visit reminders.
- You can withdraw consent at any time. This does not affect what was done before.
Who we share with
- The developer of the project you ask about, and the partner broker whose link brought you, only for your enquiry. Partners never see other partners’ leads.
- Service providers who process data for us under contract: Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), our hosting and storage providers in India, our payment and email providers, speech-to-text and text-to-speech providers for voice notes, and Google Maps (map imagery on 3D sites; no personal data is sent). Some providers may process data outside India; we only use providers whose terms protect your data as the law requires.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
- Buyer enquiries: as long as the developer’s project is on Pinwise and up to 24 months after, then deleted or anonymised, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
- Site-visit and booking records: 3 years, for dispute resolution.
- Partner, billing and tax records: as long as tax and accounting law requires (8 years).
- Anonymous site events: 13 months. Web server logs: 14 days.
- Plans sent for a free 3D preview: deleted within 30 days if the developer does not go ahead.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. PAN, bank details and service credentials are encrypted at rest with keys kept separately. Access is limited by role and every access to personal data is logged. Backups are encrypted and kept off-site.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, stop messages, and nominate someone to act for you. See how to request deletion or a copy of your data. We confirm your phone number with a code, then reply within 30 days.

Changes
We post changes here with a new version and effective date and, where the law requires, ask for your consent again.
