Delete your data

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, or stop messages. This also covers data received through WhatsApp conversations with any Pinwise or project number.

How to ask

1. On WhatsApp: send DELETE MY DATA in the chat you used (a project’s WhatsApp or Pinwise on WhatsApp). To only stop messages, send STOP.
2. By email: write to info@pinwise.in from any address, with the phone number you used and what you want: deletion, a copy, a correction or stopping messages.

What happens next

1. We send a code to that phone number on WhatsApp to confirm it is you. Without the code we don’t show or delete anything.
2. Stop: immediate. No further messages are sent to that number.
3. Copy or correction: within 7 days.
4. Deletion: within 30 days. We remove your name, number, messages, voice notes and visit details from Pinwise and tell the developer whose project you asked about. We keep only anonymised counts, and records the law requires (for example tax invoices), and we tell you which and why.
